Dost Education supports parents, regardless of their literacy level, to increase their child’s early learning and development at home. Dost translates evidence-based practices in early childhood development into short and accessible audio content that contains actionable steps parents can take to support their children’s development. Job Summary
We seek young, enthusiastic individuals who are driven, motivated, and passionate about making a social impact by working directly with the community, Anganwadi workers, and government functionaries in community engagement and mobilization across the blocks and districts of Uttarakhand.
As a Field Coordinator, you will engage with and mobilize parents and caregivers of children aged 0-6, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to foster holistic child development. The ideal candidate will schedule and facilitate sector-wide orientation workshops with all Anganwadi Workers, building their capacity for responsive caregiving and effective program implementation. We are looking for someone who thrives on pushing boundaries and exploring new possibilities by collaborating closely with front-line workers and community influencers.

Responsibilities and Duties
Field Coordinators will report to the District Lead, working closely with the program operation team to accomplish results. They shall provide services for the development of specific deliverables. These deliverables (the "Work") shall be determined by their Managers and the Operations Team of Dost, which includes but is not limited to the following tasks.
