Job Summary

We seek young, enthusiastic individuals who are driven, motivated, and passionate about making a social impact by working directly with the community, Anganwadi workers, and government functionaries in community engagement and mobilization across the blocks and districts of Uttarakhand.

As a Program Associate, you will engage with and mobilize parents and caregivers of children aged 3-6, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to foster child oral language development. The ideal candidate will schedule meetings with Anganwadi workers at the center level and identify caregivers who can be part of the program. Program Associates will primarily work on implementing the program on the ground and share field insights with the team, enabling the development of a more impactful program. Responsibilities and Duties

Program Associate will report to the Cluster Lead/District Lead, working closely with the program operation team to accomplish results. They shall provide services for the development of specific deliverables. These deliverables (the "Work") shall be determined by their Managers and the Operations Team of Dost, which includes but is not limited to the following tasks.
